Private Lesson Families

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to share an important update regarding the scheduling and payment structure for private lessons.

As you know, I am deeply committed to providing high-quality, personalized instruction to each of my students. The success and progress of your child is my utmost priority. However, in order to maintain the highest standard of service and ensure a fair and organized scheduling system, I find it necessary to continue to implement my policy regarding payment for private lessons.

Effective immediately, all private lessons must be paid for in advance at the time of scheduling. This change is essential for several reasons:

1. **Commitment**: Pre-payment serves as a confirmation of the scheduled lesson and a commitment from both parties, ensuring that the reserved time is respected and utilized effectively. I can work with you about what payment plan is the best fit for you.

2. **Efficiency**: This policy will help eliminate the time spent on post-lesson payment follow-ups, allowing me to dedicate more time and resources to lesson planning and student development.

3. **Fairness**: In the past, I have encountered a number of instances where I had to chase down payments after lessons were delivered. This is not only time-consuming but also unfair to the families who consistently meet their obligations on time.

4. **Predictability**: Advance payments provide a clearer picture of my schedule and financial expectations, allowing me to better manage my time and resources to benefit all of my students.

1. Enrolling into an Express Cheer Dallas FALL TUMBLING Class. We have a wide variety of classes for everyone. If you have not already done so, I highly recommend you enroll your athlete into a class for us to make further progress. As my availability is limited, I will make these friends/ families who are currently on a cheer team and/or tumbling class a priority when booking my private lessons.

I understand that this change may require an adjustment, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please know that this decision was not made lightly and is a result of repeated challenges with collecting payments post-lesson. My goal is to continue to offer the best possible learning experience for your child, and this policy will help to ensure that my time is dedicated to teaching rather than administrative tasks.

To schedule your next private lesson, please make your payment in advance via Venmo or Zelle. Once the payment is received, I will confirm the lesson time and date.

Please include the day and time of the lesson you are paying for.
